City of Arcadia Prop 1 Grant Writing Services

Project Scope

CWE assisted the City of Arcadia with the development of a project-specific Stormwater Grant Program (SWGP) Proposition 1 Implementation Grant Application.  The grant application enabled the City to take advantage of funding opportunities in order to improve the alley extending from Camino Real Avenue to Magna Vista Avenue as per the City’s Capital Improvements Program (CIP).  Tasks included:  development of a detailed work plan, budget, and schedule; site investigation; preparation of three Project Assessment and Evaluation Plan (PAEP) tables; a benefit quantification analysis; and submittal of the full grant application using the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) online Financial Assistance Application Submittal Tool (FAAST).
